Where can I find my AIARE online learning?
Your AIARE online learning information can be found in your booking confirmation email. If you do not see your booking confirmation in your inbox, please check your Spam folder!
General Inquiries
Can you provide me with route information/conditions information on “x” climb?
We get this a lot! But we do not provide route-specific beta or conditions updates to non-clients. This information comes from our guides’ time in the field and is part of the service we provide through guided trips and courses.
Can you reschedule my course?
Our courses are scheduled in advance based on guide availability, terrain access, and anticipated demand. We maintain strict guide-to-client ratios to ensure a high-quality, safe, and personalized experience.
Once a course is confirmed, we commit to staffing guides and reserving resources specifically for that program.
We understand that plans can change. However, within the cancellation window, rescheduling has the same impact as cancelling. At that point, your spot is already reserved, guides are committed, and it’s unlikely we can fill the space on short notice—so both are treated the same.

Do you recommend trip insurance?
We highly recommend protecting your trip costs by purchasing trip insurance, even if it is not mandatory. This can cover the trip costs, cancellation fees, your travel costs, etc. if there are unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from going on your trip.
